When creating these pieces, I started drawing on the idea of being the odd one out and how that related to my own childhood experiences. I was definitely the weird kid to some. Being “weird together” was an idea of finding your tribe of similar individuals. Being weird isn’t inherently bad and means that you stand out from the crowd and give your energy in your own way.
