Hot Water

Not only am I using this piece as a way to highlight climate change, but I am asking the viewer deeper questions as well. When we walk through cities and towns, advertisements can be found everywhere from signs to windows. They can be ignored both consciously and subconsciously. I am interested to see if issues as big as climate change are in your face, both figuratively and literally, will you choose to ignore it. I have been through places in my home state where you can clearly see factories like the ones used in the piece of work. They make areas of the town smell awful, and no one actively talked about how these factors may be harming us. This piece is wheat-pasted to the wall and measures 140 in. by 106 in.
